Store all products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
The consistency may change due to high temperatures therefore if you find that the bodybutter is softer than you would like . Place the body butter in the fridge for a few minutes and it will firm up.
In colder temperatures the butter may become too firm .Place in a warm area or a few seconds in the microwave to soften butter.Serums & Oils

We also do not accept cancellations though you can contact us if you have any problems with your order.

On the rare occasion you do receive a damaged or faulty product we are more than happy to resolve this issue. All we ask of you is to send us a direct message with a picture and description of the unopened product within 7days of receiving it. We will get back to you regarding the next process.
